1 Day Program: Bamboo Bridge

One-day Team Building training program (approx. 9 hours) for groups
of companies, whose main activity is the design and construction of a bamboo bridge
that withstands the crossing of all team members. Includes room, speaker, complementary indoor and outdoor activities
, breakfast, lunch and a closing coffee.
What is the program for?
Bamboo Bridge is a collaborative activity that helps people improve their
teamwork skills for planning, organization, coordination of actions
and time management. It allows them to become aware of the strengths and weaknesses that the
team has to achieve its objectives.
This challenge puts the team to a very demanding test as they must design and build
a Bamboo Bridge with few materials that will withstand the crossing of all members of the
team, all in just one hour. It challenges the team to develop their creativity, communication,
planning, coordination and commitment.
Itinerary
Morning:
- 09:00 - 10:00: Reception and welcome breakfast.
- 10:00: Interactive sessions in and out of the room:
Presentation of facilitators and icebreaker activities of integration, empathy and openness.

Indoor activities to build confidence, positive attitude and achieve a good connection, such as Discovery

-11:00 : Complementary Outdoor Activities such as: Synergic Ring, Disconnecting the Pump and Bucket of the Blind.

- 12:00 : Bamboo Bridge activity in nature.
Lunch:
- 14:00 - 15:00: Executive lunch at the restaurant.
Afternoon:
- 15:30: Indoor collaborative activity to summarize the findings of the day and generate Action Plans.
- 17:30: Closing Coffee with reflections on the experiences of the day.
