Check - in is at 14:00 PM.

Check - out is at 12:00 PM.

To confirm the reservation, a prepayment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be made.

Cancellation and date change policy for confirmed reservations:

Condition of Cancellations for confirmed reservations

1. If we receive written notice of cancellation of your confirmed reservation 15 or more days in advance, your deposit is refunded minus 15% of the total reservation amount.
2. If we receive written notice of cancellation of your confirmed reservation up to 7 days before, your deposit will be refunded minus 25% of the total reservation amount.
3. If we receive written notice of cancellation of your confirmed reservation with less than 7 days notice, there will be no refund of your deposit.

Condition Change of dates for confirmed reservations

1. Any change of date more than 15 or more days in advance is free of charge.
2. Any change of date from 14 to 4 days in advance is subject to a 10% surcharge on the total amount of the reservation.
3. Any change of date with less than 3 days notice is subject to a 50% surcharge on the total amount of the reservation.

Conditions under which date changes may be made without additional charges

• Cutting of both access routes to Cajón del Maipo (G-25 and G421).
• Curfew for the day of the activity

Regarding RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:

• A reservation will be considered No-Show if the client has not checked in at Casa Primal's front desk by 12:00 noon on the day following the day of arrival according to the confirmed reservation. In this case, the room will remain at Casa Primal's disposal and no refunds will be made.
• All refunds will be made during the 30 days following the date on which the cancellation request was received, by the following means:
• National Refunds: nominative and crossed check payable to the contracting party, bank transfer or refund to credit card through Transbank, all according to the form of payment.
• International Returns: wire transfer in international bank account.
• In the event that Casa Primal has granted additional services to a passenger and the passenger has withdrawn without paying or only partially paying for them, Casa Primal reserves the right to charge the credit card left as guarantee for the balance owed, without prior authorization from the client.
• The conditions of payment, reservation, changes and cancellations may vary in some promotions, informing the specific conditions only in force for such campaign.
• All reservations are nominative and are made in the name of the applicant and are therefore non-transferable and indivisible.
